1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdee ("bdee", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdee online casino and sports betting platform available at bdee.bet ("the Platform"). By completing registration, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail in relation to that promotion only.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To open and use a bdee account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your account being active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdee strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and requires age verification documentation upon request. Accounts found to be held by players under 21 will be immediately suspended and any balance will be returned after applicable deductions.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with bdee or have had a previous bdee account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Creating an account using a false name, fabricated identity, or another person's details is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must hold and use only one (1) bdee account. Operating multiple accounts is forbidden and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances being voided.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the bdee Platform, you must register an account by providing your Bangladeshi mobile number, a secure password, and any additional information required during the registration process. All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and current. You must promptly update your account information if any detail changes. bdee reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration or at any time thereafter.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible platform management standards. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID, passport, or valid driving licence)
• Proof of your registered mobile number or payment method (e.g. a bKash or Nagad account statement screenshot)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence) dated within the last three months
• Any additional documentation bdee reasonably requires for the purpose of confirming your identity, age, or source of funds

4.3 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdee account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account while your credentials are valid will be your responsibility. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account, you must notify bdee support immediately at [email protected]. bdee will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

bdee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Janata Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your gaming account within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

• The minimum single deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by bdee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be funded using your own payment methods. Using payment methods belonging to another person — even a family member — is prohibited.
• bdee does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own service charges. Refer to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket fee schedule for details.
• bdee reserves the right to request verification of any deposit source before crediting or releasing funds where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of time following a withdrawal request may result in the request being placed on hold.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Standard processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is approximately 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, technical maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds) can be processed, unless bdee's bonus terms for the specific promotion state otherwise.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bdee offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and to any additional bonus-specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. Where there is any inconsistency between these general Terms and a bonus-specific term, the bonus-specific term will prevail in relation to that promotion only.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, all bdee bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the terms of each individual promotion. The following general wagering rules apply to all standard bdee bonuses:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically
• Only real-money wagers count towards satisfying a wagering requirement. Bets placed using bonus funds do not contribute to clearing another active bonus's rollover.
• bdee reserves the right to exclude specific game types from contributing to wagering requirements. Typically, live casino table games, certain slot titles, and crash games may contribute at a reduced percentage rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• A maximum bet limit applies while bonus funds are active. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

bdee monitors player activity to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements (matched betting), using automated systems to claim bonuses, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus and related winnings voided and may be subject to account suspension.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the bdee Platform are provided by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, and Microgaming. Each game operates in accordance with its own published rules and is powered by independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) technology where applicable. Game results are final once confirmed by the game server.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the game provider's system logs will be used as the definitive record of the round outcome. bdee will not be liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

• Bets placed on a game round that has already commenced cannot be cancelled or amended. All wagers are final once the game server has accepted them.
• Sports betting markets (including cricket) are settled based on official match results from the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC, BPL official results). In the event of a result dispute, bdee's decision following review of official records will be final.
• Where a game result is disputed and bdee determines — after review — that the result was the product of a technical error rather than legitimate game play, bdee reserves the right to void the affected round and refund wagers.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published by the game provider and is available within the game's help or information section. bdee does not modify or interfere with any game's RTP settings.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdee Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering using another person's identity or payment details
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input
• Colluding with other players, including coordinating bet placement to guarantee a specific outcome across multiple accounts
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of a known or suspected glitch are void and must be returned.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or circumvent any applicable financial regulations
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or any attempt to fraudulently reclaim deposited funds while retaining winnings generated from those funds

9. Account Suspension and Termination

bdee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bdee has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes; (c) continuing to operate the account would expose bdee or other players to unacceptable risk; or (d) the player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.

Upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds, voided winnings, or chargeback amounts) may be returned to the player at bdee's discretion following full investigation. Bonus funds, free spin winnings, and any balance derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited in full.

10. Responsible Gaming Commitment

bdee is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their account settings. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: players may set reminders that alert them after a defined number of minutes of continuous play, helping to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-exclusion: players who need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by our support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdee Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and the bdee brand name and mark, is the intellectual property of bdee or its licensed third-party providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without bdee's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bdee's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if bdee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bdee's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bdee's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bdee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdee will notify registered players by publishing an updated version of the Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally applicable principles of contract law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bdee Platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with bdee support shall be submitted to binding arbitration. bdee's decision on any platform matter following a formal review process shall be final, subject to applicable legal requirements.
